Onsite Wellness and Health Educator Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp in Jan 2021

      Interview

I would have rated the process as a positive experience, however, I was ghosted after my second interview. In terms of the timeline, I received my response from a recruiter roughly 4 weeks after submitting my application. Within the next few business days, I had my initial interview with the team and within 24 hours I was invited to a second interview. The second interview involved facilitating a self-prepared presentation. There were technical issues due to the lack of compatibility between my slide deck and the interviewer’s meeting platform (Apple vs. Microsoft). When the second interview was complete, I was told that they hoped to get back to me by the end of the week. After two weeks passed, I contacted the interviewer for a status update and never received a response. Everyone who interviewed me was kind and supportive. I got the sense that they were committed to the mission of promoting health for the client population who they supported. I am okay if they decided to choose a different candidate. However, failing to respond to me demonstrated an extreme lack of consideration.
