STAR Method interview. Everyone was super friendly and answered all my questions. They really want you to have questions available though, and so go into the interview just wondering what more you can learn about the job you’re applying for.
Very straightforward. Manager was friendly and professional. Answered all questions regarding next steps and follow up. Hiring process appears to take a long time, but that could be for variable reasons.
The interviewing process was standard and very laid back . There was 3 levels of interviews all of which had very standard questions. The conversation was very relaxed and a person would be able to determine if they were going to the next round of discussions.
