The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Very straightforward. Manager was friendly and professional. Answered all questions regarding next steps and follow up. Hiring process appears to take a long time, but that could be for variable reasons.
The interviewing process was standard and very laid back . There was 3 levels of interviews all of which had very standard questions. The conversation was very relaxed and a person would be able to determine if they were going to the next round of discussions.
