A mixture of competency and motivation questions that lasted about an hour, discussing experience and skills. Quite a standard interview process. They promised to get back within a week with feedback but took over a month with a copy and paste rejection.

Applied online and I was contacted the next day to arrange a phone interview. Phone interview was ~15 minutes long. Asked about my experience and gave more information about the position. Interviewer was good but the sound kept cutting out so I struggled to understand sometimes.

Started with interview questions Then they may ask you to take a maths test depending on your level of qualification. Then they take you on a tour of the lab space. Then you will have the opportunity to ask questions
