I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp in Feb 2022
Interview
5 or 6 rounds of interviews with many levels of management, terrible communication/feedback from those managers and recruiters, told of start date and keeps getting pushed back. No one reaches out unless I reach out first. Told of slow quarter so job has been “frozen”.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Labcorp in Dec 2022
Interview
Interview was very conversational! Asked maybe one resume question and more told me about the role to see if I'd like it. Unfortunately, I indicated I would've preferred something more analytical so I got passed over.
It was very drawn out wouldn’t hear back for a week or so at a time so I continued interviewing and then they just reached out with an offer I accepted and then ended up declining because it was such a cluster I didn’t receive any equipment.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp
Interview
Overall this was a really quick and efficient interview process. I was offered two weeks after submitting the application. There was an HR interview/screening and then depending on the circumstances, there are two or three interviews with upper management. The questions were tough, and my final interview definitely had some of the hardest questions I have ever been asked in an interview before. I really enjoyed the interview process, and everyone I talked to was extremely nice.
