Invited for interview within 2 weeks of initial contact from corporate recruiter. Two interviews required, 1 with corporate HR in the late afternoon, second with management / hiring team a few days later. Hiring team interview was group interview, with potential peers, supervisor and staff reports. Questions were reasonable, mainly about experience. The conduct and questions felt adhoc and scattered, rather than a structured interview. Several of the interviewers were on their laptops during this 2 hour meeting, I suspect reading email as they did not engage with me during that time they were distracted. Interviewers verbalized that everyone in their group was extremely busy, which is the same impression I developed based on the behavior during the interview. Overall, interesting opportunity but did not seem like the right fit for me.
