Labcorp Toxicology Supervisor interview questions

I was contacted first by email for a phone screen interview. After the phone interview, I was supposed to be contacted by the interviewer within a week to tell me if I would need to come in for an in-person interview. I didn't hear from the interviewer so I contacted them. It took nearly a month to get a response.
