I applied online through LinkedIn and shortly a recruiter from Lakeshore called to talk more about my skills and the position. I happened to be going down to the area during the time that they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview, so everything worked out.
I met with Amy (who is amazing) for about 1.5 hours which went by really fast. She went over my background, the company culture and fit and the benefits and perks of the company. She was extremely transportive and informative about the company. It was much more conversational than an actual formal interview which was refreshing.
I then met with the VP of my department and then my direct manager who were extremely friendly and didn't make it seem like an actual interview.
Be prepared to stay a while, I was there about 3.5 hours which was not expected and went by extremely fast.
