long process, you have a bunch of zooms then they invite you to the office. I am convinced they are just fishing for ideas or are fresh out of them since it seems like senior management has been there for way too long. They are super big on in-person but their office is a DUMP. conference rooms from 1980, dingey floors, blue carpet. I would be mortified bringing anyone into the office it is disgusting. The area where they had the little preschool entry looked like ikea in the 90s. I was super surprised because they seem like they are into aesthetics. The lobby where reception is is literally falling apart with fabric ripping off the desk. They all knew the position very well and it made me seem like there is not much room for advancement and it seemed very top heavy. Seemed like they were about a lot of face time as well. they all seem so overly enthusiastic about the company which seemed pretty fake. The recruiter was very nice but seemed spread thin and a bit disorganized.
