Super efficient and enjoyable interview process. Had a screening interview with the recruiter over the phone not too long after applying. She scheduled a follow up meeting with the hiring manager a couple of days later. I then spoke with two senior leaders the following week. The whole process was short and and sweet and took a total of 2 weeks.

Interview process was quick and painless. The HR recruiter was great with communicating and getting back to me with next steps in a timely manner. Overall great experience! Did a series of 4 interviews. Everyone was super kind and genuinely seemed happy with working at Lakeshore.
