One of their lovely in-house recruiters, Ebony, kindly reached out via email to set up our first interview. You could tell this was not her first recruiting position because she was very professional, polite, set expectations, and left room for questions at the end. I believe we had a great conversation and meeting Ebony got me really excited to pursue the position. She set a wonderful impression for Lakeshore as a company! She was kind enough to give me a call to let me know the outcome within the timeframe she originally mentioned. While it didn't work out for me this time around - I will continue to keep an eye on Lakeshore because of this positive experience!
