Lakeshore Learning Materials Publications Department interview questions

The interviewer did most of the talking and I found it challenging to get a word in edgewise. She was very friendly and courteous, but I left feeling like all the preparation I had done didn't matter. You don't want to interrupt the interviewer, but this is one case in which I was very tempted to do so! My impression is that they're only looking for you to say certain buzzwords that get their attention and they don't venture far outside that box.
