I had a pleasant & productive conversation with the recruiter and was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager (HM) shortly after. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive interview experience with the HM. HM spoke in a very matter-of-fact way and often made assumptions about my background/skills. Because of this, the conversation felt restricted. I encourage Lakeshore to revisit their interview strategy to ensure a positive candidate experience if this does not align with the company culture.
