Fair, however; need to improve the interview panel. All of them are young and doesn't have any professionalism in Indore office.
Lancesoft can do wonder in there IT process if the management team have come class. Some of them have communication issues which is really unexpectable at that level.

The interview will be simple and anyone with good communication skill can crack it. The intervie makes you feel comfortable and allows you to answer the questions by letting you take your time and he is very polite.
