Basically they hired us from college campus and at that time we don't know much about it recruitment, so they told us it was a technical job but actually it is a ITES job in simple word a bpo job.
You won't get anything to learn here and if Your manager is bad then the whole experience will be hell.

They are not doing the interview well and they doing the comparison between men and women they prefer womens only I have given the interview two times I have given the interview well and our frnd she has give the interview not well but they are taken they are not seeing the talent
