Landing Director interview questions

After emphasizing how important this role was for the company, this interview process couldn't have demonstrated a lack of importance any more. One of my interviewers never showed up and I was only notified of a reschedule 25 min after it was supposed to start. After two interviews, I was never given an update from the hiring manager or recruiter on the status. I had to send multiple emails weeks later to confirm. A simple "thanks but no thanks" would be just fine, and much better than ghosting candidates.
