Interview
I went into referral drive. There was no place to sit. Around 300 people were there. They were not able to manage the crowd. Lot of referrals were going on. People having having referral of higher positions were taken more into consideration.

They do not consider TESTING EXPERIENCE. You should answer all there puzzles they are asking in interviews. Irrelevant Questions.
