I dedicated time during 4 interviews, I even spoke to a director in the last phase. But they were unable to give me any constructive feedback, even though I asked for it. Furthermore, one of the interviews was with a manager who interviewed with a closed camera. It was weird.
The outsourced HR company was very attentive and carried out a good process. But they were unable to give me feedback because the company itself did not provide it.
This was the only bad experience of the interview, as I dedicated time I would like to have constructive feedback to know what I can improve.

Interview
The interview was divided into 4 steps: - Initial conversation with HR to talk about the company and a little bit about the position - Interview with the local team - Interview with the manager (outside Brazil) - Interview with the director (outside Brazil) In the last 3 steps, the conversation was focused on topics relevant to the Product Owner role.
