Interview
It's a day long process, written qualified with 2 technical rounds, written mainly has oops basics and technical is more abt what you did in ur last comapny. Questions like what is inheritance what is meant by internal keyword specifier, questions on mvvm and wpf. What are various panels used in wpf, difference between them, async programming, and they might even ask you about some puzzles to test your analytical skills, they do give hints if you are stuck
It is an online interview of one hour. They are very basic questions related to technology. Interview level is medium.
You need good communication skills because you need to interact with people across the world.

Hard to pinpoint exactly why but the interview process was a tad bit degrading. The recruiter starting giving unsolicited advice and was very condescending about it. Lots of assumptions being made during the interview.
