Interview
I was initially contacted by a member of the Lane hiring team by phone and then did a quick phone interview. A few weeks later I was contact about going to Orlando and taking part in an in person interview and a jobsite tour, Lane booked and paid for my hotel. The bigger issue is that the morning of the interview I arrived at their office and come to find out they didn't even know I was coming. I was very confused how they did not know I was coming but booked and paid for my hotel. They did put together an impromptu interview and sent me on my way. Following the interview it was about 3 weeks before I found out Lane was going to send me an offer and then another month and a half before I received it.

Interview was straightforward and was an easy process. Did a video interview on a Friday and was referred to another in person interview in office the following Monday. Mostly resume review and experience.
