2 Skype phone interviews with 2 different Director of Sales. Mostly asked about my education and previous experience in a sales role. Also familiarity with the hotel brand, also room products in general. The fact that i have interned for the company before was definitely a plus as they were looking for someone who is already familiar with the company and all the necessary standards.
