I got called in for an interview back in June. I went, it went well to my knowledge. The interviewer was pleasant, however, after.. I was ghosted. Think twice about whether or not you really want the job before you waste your time and day to interview with them. If I took the time out to meet and speak with someone I expect the courtesy of at least a ‘no thank you, or we decided to go in a different direction.’ It’s unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that they might have a big pool of applicants. But if someone takes the time out, show some decency. I thought this was a pretty good company to work with, but never again will I even consider applying.
