I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LanguageLine Solutions (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was two phone interviews with the recruiter and then with the manager along with a test in spanish and english. The test was mostly to examine your interpreter skills. although i have to say that once i was offered the role the start date was pushed out for while since they gathered several new hires before they put together a training class.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LanguageLine Solutions (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
The first interview was very easy. They called and talked with you and ask easy questions about your experience and so on. Second was the language assessment test. It wasn't so hard but since I studied a lot more than I should, I was a bit stressed out but managed to interpret without any issue.
