Two phone interviews. One screening and one actual interview. Quick and easy. The screening process was very basic questions pretty much confirming what was in the resume. The second call was much more interview like.

Simple easy, phone screen and in office interview with Director and Operations Manager. It was quick and standard and to the point, no curveballs. Offer letter was extended and I accepted.
