Questions were made up on the spot, mostly behavioral. Created a panel interview on the spot by inviting people from the hall way to jump in. There is no job description or details of responsibility on site nor were they clarified in the interview. Interviewer basically said that on paper I do not appear qualified and that my graduate degree has no value, I did not understand why if I wasn't qualified on paper did they call me in for an interview. The interviewer made unnecessary comments as to that my "little paper" doesn't mean I am entitled to any high pay (I never mentioned my salary requirements) and that I don't want to invest my time on you for nothing because you don't have experience... Still not getting why they called.
