Interview
We got a chance to enter into L&T through campus recruitment. On the day, 2 interviewers held interviews for 40 people approximately from each branch of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical branches of our college. One interviewer is a senior H.R personnel and from my friends, I learnt that he is friendly and co-operative in the interview. I got interviewed by other one who is relatively younger one. My interviewer asked me very simple questions about my project work and the basics in the subject of my project. The manner in which the questions were laid out for me , made me understand that I will not get into L&T through the interview. As a word of advice for my fellow interviewees, I would like to warn them that if the interview is simple, then you might not get a chance to get into any company. So, prepare well and show it to the interviewer when required.
