L&T Finance visited our campus for 2024 hiring and first round was aptitude,it was conducted in online mode and only around 90 students got short listed ,then it was offline GD,after the GD they removed 80% and next was interview ,which included technical questions like oops concepts and brief explanation about our projects and also some personal questions like family background etc .Later some hr based questions also in the same round and by that we got the result,and only 5 were the final selects .
