I applied online. I interviewed at LaserAway (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
You begin with a phone screening, if that goes well you move to an on-camera Zoom interview. If that goes well, you get to come and tour the clinic to see if you are a good fit with the overall office.

Question 1
What's a time you first failed something and came back from it to be successful in the end?
I applied online. I interviewed at LaserAway (Washington, DC)
Interview
During the initial phone call, the recruiter asked me maybe two questions and then talked about the company the rest of the time. However, when she mentioned the start date, it became evident that she had not looked at / barely skimmed through my resume, as I was in my last year in college about to graduate in May, yet she shared they wanted someone who could start in April. After I had explained I was unable to start in April, the conversation came to a close. Also, I found their LinkedIn posting to be a bit misleading, as it was titled "Aesthetic Sales Representative" but the job is actually for a Patient Care Coordinator.
Two interviews. One was over the phone and very easy to schedule and second was video or zoom interview with manager. Questions were pretty easy and just be bubbly and energetic and it worked. Process was pretty quick.
