The first interview was very friendly and straight to the point. The screening was very concise and gave a very clear representation of what the role is and who they are looking for. I particularly enjoyed that the experience was free of pressure, with no trick questions--I was allowed to just be myself and treat this as an informal meet-and-greet, while still having the space to ask my questions.
