Got an email invite for a phone interview, and scheduled the call. The manager called me on time and she was very nice and explained everything very well. She asked me questions about my experience and what I was looking to get out of the position. She was very enjoyable to talk to and I got an update on my application two days later.

Interview
So easy, hired me on the spot. But, working on weekends isn't fun, was very short lived to say the least. Too saturated, making sales there isn't easy. Turnaround rate is high and they really don't care about you.
