Hiring manager got so much aura they don’t even meet candidates at first. You gotta submit a recorded video interview, survive the screening process, and get approved by the council before you earn the right to speak with them. 😭
The interview process consistent of 3 rounds - A call with a recruiter on their program team, a self-video-assessment answering a couple of questions, and a technical interview with a tech manager and director.

Recruiter called me, jumped immediately into questions. He didn't really tell me much about the position....I got the feeling he didn't think I was good for this role, and I was ok with it being, the salary for this position is too far below average!
