Recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule an initial screen. On the day of the interview that was scheduled at 12pm, at 1157am the recruiter emails me and asks to reschedule for 5pm since she had an emergency meeting. I say sure no problem. 5pm no call. 530 no call. 535 I email her saying I’m waiting ready when you are and remind her of my phone number. 6pm I call her office voicemail and let her know that I am going home. Interviewer never reached back out to me. This is a bad interview experience. Hire some better technical recruiters.
