Completed 2 telephone interviews (30 mins each), a virtual zoom interview (1.5 hours), and an in person interview (2 hours). Was apparently 'pipped to the post' by another person, but that was the only feedback I received (they actually ended up advertising the role again as the person offered dropped out, but they didn't contact me). Interview experience would have been average had they provided any feedback at all. After 4.5 hours of interviewing I would expect to be provided with at least some feedback, especially for a recruitment related position where I had requested a feedback call or for it to be provided via email. Job title also suggests the role is a much lower position - it's specialist/manager level work with an administrative title.
