A recruiter reached out to me for this role. After two lengthy calls, resume revision and lots of stress, my recruiter was "sure" I was the one for this position. Then, they strung me along for months saying they're scheduling the next interview for me. Then, after two months, they sent me an email saying they hired someone. I will never understand how a recruiter or hiring manage can be so unprofessional, they can't communicate properly.
