First stage was an online application including CV and Cover letter. The next stage was a psychometric test to determine your personality which was untimed. The last stage was two thirty minute block interviews with two people each. Could be with grad recruitment or Associates.

There are two stages. In the first stage, two associates (not partner) conduct the interview. In the second stage, another two associates (not partner) interview. The whole process will continue around 1.5 months.
