6 stage interview for this role. I applied directly and was asked to complete the self-video interview process. I then had 5 x 30 minute interviews with different Attorneys and Senior Management in the team (across the globe). This process took about 2 months. Each individual I met in interview were genuinely lovely friendly people who put you at ease during the interview. Rather than repeating everything during the self-video process, it was a friendly relaxed chat about the role, skills & experiences and the interviewers explaining how you would fit into the team and the business. They went out of their way to provide additional information about the role - genuinely one of the best video interviews I have experienced (apart form the HireVue process which feels like a waste of everyone's time). HR in London were friendly and super responsive up until advising of the outcome after all the interviews. Two follow up chasers spread out over two weeks eventually meant HR got in touch and told me that the team had chosen another candidate.
