The recruitment process consisted of 4 stages. The first stage was a remote 30 minute call. The second stage was a remote contract review assessment lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. The third stage involved two 30-minute back to back interviews in the Manchester office. The final stage was two 30-minute back to back interviews conducted remotely.
