I had to do recorded video responses. These were weird, and you only get 1 chance at each question. I didn't think too much about it and riffed as overprep is always a hindrance. Next they arranged a virtual interview with a really friendly and helpful hiring manager. This went really well. The hiring manager and I got along well and I was confident I'd made it through to the next stage. Before I heard back from that interview, I withdrew from the process, due to another offer from another company. I believe there were another few rounds of interviews if I had continued to meet all relevant internal stakeholders.
