It is a 3 or 4 round interview process. It is fairly typical interview process and questions. First round is HireVue to weed out applicants. Second round is via zoom with multiple people. Third round is in person interview. My issue with this process was the lack of professionalism. When I asked simple questions throughout my interviews, no one could give me a answer. The questions I asked centered around job duties for the role, possible departments that I could work in, typical interview timeline (hearing back deadlines). This process took 3 months. They also wouldn't meet their own deadlines in terms of when they would reach back out to applicants by. As a interviewer this is concerning.
