Lattice does not have any record of an offer that was presented to a candidate that was later rescinded as you have described. At Lattice we execute to all offer letters. We do not rescind offers unless a candidate cannot meet the conditions outlined in the offer letter such a work authorization and passing background checks, etc. Additionally, we reimburse all expenses incurred for candidates that would require relocation.
