Applied through their internal careers page and had an initial screening interview with 2 people. They invited me for a second interview. The second interview was much more intense. The day-long interview including a 1 hour seminar presentation and nine 1-1 or 2-1 interviews. Some were more casual than others but definitely some more difficult questions interspersed. A lot of back and forth conversation during the interview process and not just direct Q&A.
