Apply through the designated university application system, then get called for a pre-screen interview with a human resources coordinator, after that you will have a technical interview with upper management in your related field

Why do you want to work at Ledcor? What makes you a great candidate?
They had two rounds of interview, I completed the first round. It was a pre screening thing with very easy background questions they asked me to outline my educational background and why i am doing mechanical engineering. They also asked why i want to work at ledcor and about their values and stuff. Overall pretty straightforward though.
Two rounds, got back to me super fast, and the first interview was quick and consisted of basic questions about yourself. The second interview consisted mostly of behavioural and situational questions.
