I applied online. I interviewed at Ledcor (Calgary, AB)
Interview
A smooth process. After a phone screening, an interview was scheduled for the following week. The interview experience was great. The interviewer wanted to know more about my experience and if I had what it takes to perform my duties as a new project coordinator.

Question 1
Tell you about a time, you were able to solve a problem in a team
Couple interviews, they asked regular questions. Both were nice people and it was like a conversation. So it was a good experience. First was an HR interview, next was with the manager.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ledcor (Fort McMurray, AB) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interviewer was quick in responding to my job application, set up the interview within a few days after I had applied for the job and kept in touch during the days leading to the interview. The interview was via teams chat for about 40 minutes, it was very nice and conversational as the interviewer seemed interested in the interview. I was informed that this was one of three interviews that Ledcor would have with me. When it came time to hearing back from Ledcor though, it took them about 5 weeks (which the interviewer had warned me about) to get back to me that they had moved on with better applicants. The interview experience was very good and well handled. I however feel that someone who isnt working in the same region or sector as you shouldn't be interviewing you as my interviewer was in Ontario and I am in Calgary. Secondly, 3 sets of interviews seem an excessive waste of time and keep you in a state of limbo as I had personally wanted this job.
