May come across as informal , however pay attention to how you respond. It is a 3 part process, the recruiter, the unit director, the start of orientation. Different unit leaders interview as they feel. There was the informal conversation type and the the direct Q&A. As much as you are looking to fill a place they want someone that can grow and be retained.
Speak with HR first, then they set up an interview with the director. Once you have an interview with the director, if you’re offered the recruiter and HR will reach out to you with a phone call and email.

This was a Great interview. The ppl were nice and informative. The staff was welcoming. They all greeted me with a smile. Director seemed cool. I recommended this job at this Time.
