First interview for the role a Operations Investigation Expert the HR interviewer mentioned that I was under qualified for the job. They forwarded me to another lower position where in the second interview the HR person confirmed that I was over qualified in this case. After mentioning that I could get the job they prefer to sent me to a third round of interview for another position. However, they ghosted me and didn't plan a new interview and didn't reply to my emails anymore. After 3 weeks they showed up saying that there would be no third interview and the previous job was already taken. Furthermore, according to their policy I cannot apply anymore to their company for those positions in the future. I honestly hope that I will never apply for them anymore in my life.
