Interview
The interview process was an initial phone screening followed by two in person interviews. Each of the interviews had a representative from HR and also from IT, but during none of the interviews was anyone technical present. The IT staff were always management.

Question 1
Most of the interview questions were the standard HR questions such as "tell us a time when you faced adversity". We did talk about my resume, but I was never asked anything remotely technical.
