After that I had an interview with the hiring manager that was a blend of technical questions and behavioral questions. I followed up weekly for 3 weeks and never heard back from them. I decided to withdraw my application.

First round was initial call with recruiter. Second round was a Behavioral round. Third round was supposed to be the technical round but I was not selected after the second round. I was ghosted by recruiter after the second round. I didn't hear back from them and they haven't responded to my mails.
