Question 1
All behavioral questions. Also asked about what kind of projects I've done in school but I didn't have much to talk about.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Legrand (Pleasant Grove, UT) in Feb 2022
Interview
Very disorganized interview process without providing an expectation for interns to prepare. The recruiter/manager's emails were vague, and the interview step process was messy without any context. I was given a simple assessment first without any initial phone interview. After submitted, he scheduled a" 2nd interview" to send over my resume. He was also rude and impatient during the interview because I couldn't point out the bugs he expected me to. He didn't mention beforehand that I had to share my screen to show him the manual script, which I thought he already reviewed? Was disinterested in my experiences with my projects, interrupted me multiple times, was impatient, asked me what language I used for the assessment even though it's been displayed on my screen for a long time, gets upset that I taught myself python instead of having coursework of it, and at the end, we ended up not talking about my resume at all lol.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Legrand (Pune City) in Jun 2019
