First you have to apply online for the position. You need to upload your cover letter and you cv. For the interview they will ask you about your availability and then they will propose several options for the time. In the interview process they basically want to know how good of a match are your interest with the current research topics going on in the department you are applying.

The interview process is quite simple, and the interviewers are friendly and would include the lead P.I from the lab you are applying to work at. So fairly simple overall
The interview process was very straight forward. Met several department members and those that I would be working with. It was less interogation-based and more working alongside and conversations with them throughout the day. This would also vary heavily depending on the professor you would be researching with as they will each have their own style

Resume selection, Submit the letter of interest. The faculty will reach in person to set up an Interview. The Interview will be probably 20-30minutes, mainly discuss about the projects of the professor and what the work would be like. Also, go over your resume.
