It was an in person interview. It was two part interview. First we were dividing into groups of 4 and given a Case study and we had to discuss for 30 minutes and present it to the interviewers. The second part was individual Behavioural interview, where two interviewers will sit in a room with your resume and ask you about your experience and possible technical question (Excel).
Pretty straight forward. Case study with 2 other applicants. Then a behavorial interview with 2 Leidos employees. But I did come in a group of 20 with another group going before.
Somewhat difficult. There was a group interview and that was a little bit surprising to me. So all in all it was a neutral experience i would say in terms of the process.
